  • Acrylic Splint in place 
  • This occurs prior to the surgical repair 

  • Landmarks are identified and marked.
  • Margin are Paired
  • Skin, Muscle and Mucosa are indentified

  •  Layers are separated

  •  Oral Mucosa is repaired first

  • Muscle layer is repaired next
  • Finally, skin is closed and lip is lengthened
